              Two separate summer sessions took place at STEP Seminary in July.

              The first session was a Friday-Saturday seminar. The second session was a Monday-Wednesday-Friday seminar. I taught the students the Old Testament Walk Through. I helped them understand the flow and theme of all the Old Testament books. I helped them learn the timing and focus of all the historical, poetical, and prophetical books in the Old Testament. The students expressed great appreciation for my teaching and my energy. They gladly participated, and the eagerly stepped up to walk through the Old Testament on their own. The sudents enjoyed meeting Sharon and they enjoyed seeing her eagerly follow my teaching. A couple students told the Academic Dean that they thought this course was so helpful that it should be a required course for every student at STEP Seminary. 

              Sharon and I stayed at the home of the STEP Semianry President. Sharon enjoyed getting to know his wife (who lived in America for a period of time and spoke English very well). We were served wonderful meals at their home. It was the peak season for fresh fruit and we enoyed mangoes, bananas, papaya, pineapple, watermelon, and cherry juice and soursop juice. 

              Thank you for partnering with us and making a didfference in the lives of these Haitians. The Academic Dean asked me to thank you for sending me to Hati and to thank you for making it possible for me to teach and mentor the students in Haiti. It is so exciting to be making a difference in the lives of those who can make a diffference in Haiti!
